Reade Truth’s 2009 release for Planet E, “Crimen Excepta EP,” reveals the New York native’s latest wonder-beast classic, churned, chiseled, and set free from the Vienna-based studio; a fantastic hybrid of bottomless grooves, maniacal rhythms, and moody Detroit-esque vibes from and for the underground. With influences from Skinny Puppy to Derrick May, Reade Truth has been rocking the decks since 1990, showcasing in his music an inherent lust for the dark and unknown, the unimaginable imagined; as a producer he has made his mark on many EPs for cutting edge labels like Direct Drive, Strictly Rhythm, Sonic Groove, Instinct, Pomelo and Path Records. Reade Truth is best identified as a veteran DJ of the NY and Brooklyn scenes whose heavy dance floor visions have consistently provided an important source of edgy, often experimental electronics–always delivered with inimitable style. When you hear Reade Truth, you know it can be no other.

UK artist Tom Laws was born in the early 80′s, coming from a musical background he started off as a drummer, but soon found his true passion in Electronic music at an early age.
Tom had an impressive start to his career in 2010, and he has begun to make his mark with his unique production style and very prolific output, through the last 2 years he has chalked up appearances on many respected labels, Sasha Carassi’s Phobiq label, the highly respected Sleaze record label as well as Resopal Schallware, Gem Records, Fergies Rekluse and Respekt imprints. With forthcoming E.P’s planned for MB Elektronics and remixes for just about everyone in the world of techno Toms release schedule is already quite a formidable body of work.
He shows no sign of stopping there 2012 will continue to transmit his unique take on contemporary Techno. Specializing in dark, edgy, creeped out and freaked out beats, his music’s shadowy nature is combined with some pretty killer grooves resulting in productions that are as danceable just as much as they are disturbing.

Integrity, like his moniker implies, constantly strives to serve and represent the rave community without compromise or influence. As a DJ, despite rapidly changing music trends over the past decade, Integrity’s driving, deep, and complex sound has remained consistent, but fine tuned and modernized along the way. Integrity was influenced and trained during the 1990s-era New York City rave scene and has evolved to become a DJ who focuses primarily on quick and calculated mixing of hard and dark 4×4 sounds. While Integrity continues to cover a wide range of trance, hard dance, and techno, he reflected solely on his early techno roots for inspiration when creating this mix for the DRUMASHEENz Podcast. Versatile, tested, and in demand year after year, rely on Integrity for the authentic rave experience.

Steve Syndrome first discovered the underground scene back in ’96 sparking an interest which sided him more than the metal he was into…. Was after seeing UK Acid Techno in ’02 that his first drum machine was purchased and he started laying out some tracks. Two years later he was to support Chris Liberator on his first gig and the future was locked, starting with the low tuned dark sound that he has been making his own…. More recently he had his first release on Scythe Squadron 08 “MFT” . Continuing from there to play his first international gigs in UK and Europe aswell as writing tracks with Darc Marc and Dave the Drummer. He is currently heavily involved with Australia’s underground movement working with DVS (Tekno Mulisha) throwing squat parties and the like, bringing back the vibe that once was . Playing alongside Geezer , DDR, Chris Liberator, Dave the Drummer there will be plenty more to come from Syndrome in 2012 and beyond……..
